Galvanized Welded Pipe

Hot dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal react with iron substrate to produce alloy layer, so that the substrate and coating can be combined. Hot galvanizing refers to pickling the steel pipe first. In order to remove iron oxide on the steel pipe surface, after pickling, the steel pipe is cleaned in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or mixed ammonium chloride and zinc chloride aqueous solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip tank. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of even coating, strong adhesion and long service life.

PPGI roof

01. SMOOTHNESS No composite indentation, no residual stress, no deformation after shearing.

Galvanized Rroofing sheet

Characteristics:Weather proof; heating insulation; fireproof; anti-rust; sound insulation; long life span: more than 20 years. Corrosion Resistance: the aluzinc coating surface protects the base steel not only by providing barrier to corrosion elements, but also by the sacrificial nature of the coating.

Galvanized Roof

Galvanized steel sheet is cut from galvanized steel coil, the base material is cold rolled steel, it has good processing performance. The zinc layer has uniform thickness, strong adhesion, no peeling during processing, and good corrosion resistance.

Galvalume Roof

Galvalume Roofing Sheet have excellent properties, such as good impact resistance, high tensile strength, high compressive strength, and corrosion resistance. They are more durable, effectively extending their service life, and are far higher than ordinary galvanized surfaces.

Aluminum Roof

Characteristics:Weather proof; heating insulation; fireproof; anti-rust; sound insulation; long life span: more than 20 years. Corrosion Resistance: the aluzinc coating surface protects the base steel not only by providing barrier to corrosion elements, but also by the sacrificial nature of the coating.
